Ingrid was highly unprofessional from start to end. She averaged being 50 minutes late to every single appointment we had, as well as 30 minutes to an hour late for all appointments she had with collateral people on our case. There was no respect for anyone's time but her own. She was not thorough in her work what-so-ever. On legal documents she managed to consistently get important facts wrong (children's birthdays, spelling of their name, etc.) and turned these documents/recommendations in without allowing key parties any reasonable time to review (4am to our lawyers the morning we have mediation at 9a). She made wildly inappropriate comments during every single meeting with me, "I don't understand how you two even got together in the first place," "Nice to see you not be emotional this time" (nice touch when working with a postpartum mother), etc. You are not allowed to ask for clarification or address things not being done (not responding to a time sensitive email in months on 2 separate occasions) because she will become highly defensive and verbally attack you. She will also bill for things that are inappropriate towards the end of your case (during mediation she was repeatedly asked to leave by my counsel and opposing counsel and was not allowed to join the meeting due to her inappropriate behavior. She lied and stated that since she paid for our mediation she could stay (she did not pay for anything). Then we got billed for 8 hours of her time). The sheer amount of disorganization, chaos, and unprofessionalism she brings to the table is remarkable. I think it's relevant to note that at the end of our case the judge agreed to disqualify her report from any decision making.

I can not say enough good things about Ingrid and BLG. I worked with her and Luke for over 4 years. A lot of scary times, and they were always there. Ingrid was always extremely responsive and her team is very organized. Her and Luke make a really good team. She is fierce and also extremely caring. I would recommend her to anyone that asks.
